The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 302 of 2025 arising out of Dhurki P.S. Case No. 113 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 364A, 394 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-I, Nagar Untari, Garhwa. 3. During the investigation of Dhurki P.S. Case No. 64 of 2023, registered under Sections 364A and 394 of the I.P.C., the petitioner alongwith co-accused Nirmal Kumar Yadav @ Bhanu confessed that on 31.03.2023, they had looted one Anil Thakur. They also confessed that they had forced him to contact his family members and extorted Rs. 29, 000/-from them. 4. It was submitted that apart from confession, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Nirmal Kumar Yadav has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 9507 of 2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-I, Nagar Untari, Garhwa in connection with S.T.
