The petitioner had filed a case as against respondents 2 to 4 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Namakkal in CC.No.315 of 2023, wherein Crl.MP.No.252 of 2024 was filed, which is pending. Since the same has not been considered by the said Court, the petitioner filed this present petition. 4.
