Case No. 121 of 2025, for the offence under Section 103(1) of B.N.S., pending in the court of Smt. Khushboo Tyagi, learned J.M., Ranchi. On 24.05.2025, dead body of an unknown person was found near Hanuman Mandir at Railway Over Bridge, Chutia. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused Sanjay Singh. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that petitioner has confessed his guilt. Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail but does not dispute the aforesaid fact. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
