Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are not taking any action against the respondent Nos.3 and 4, pursuant to the complaint dated 24.09.2018 given by the petitioner and a direction may be given to the police to take action on the representation made by the petitioner. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, would submit that a case has been registered in Cr.No.186 of 2016 and that the case has been referred as false on 02.07.2016, vide C.No.347/ACP-WD/2016. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the writ petition may be disposed of. 6. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of.
