Learned advocate for the State submits that there was resistance from the local residents for installation of such Tower. To that effect, Khardah P.S. Case No. 302 of 2025 and Khardah PS Case No. 301 of 2025 were registered for investigation. In one of the cases, charge- sheet has already been submitted. Be that as it may, in case the petitioner has valid permission for installation of a Tower, the police authorities, under such circumstances, are supposed to aid the petitioner. In case, the police authorities are faced with resistance, they would inform the concerned Municipality, which has granted such permission. In the alternative, the police authorities would ensure that the petitioner is not faced with any inconveniences for installation of such Tower. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20698 of 2025 is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Report so submitted be kept with the record.
