The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chutia P.S. Case No. 260 of 2025(N), for the offences registered under Section 20(b)(ii)(A)of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Spl. Judge, NDPS, Ranchi. 3. It was submitted that 280 gram of cannabis was recovered from possession of this petitioner. It was further submitted that quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of small quantity. 4. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
