GP FOR SCHOOL EDUCATION (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…pleased to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents more particularly 5th respondent in not treating the petitioner as local though the petitioner and his parents belonging to Besthavaripeta Village and Mandal, Prakasam District, State of Andhra Pradesh for appearing the Teachers Recruitment Test 2018 to be conducted by the 5th respondent vide Notification in G.O.Ms.No.67, School Education (Exams) Department dt.26.10.2018 issued by the 1st respondent- Government for Language Pandits (Hindi) on the ground that his father serving in Army and the petitioner has not got his studies in Andhra Pradesh which is bad, illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, offends Articles 14 and 15(4) of the Constitution of 2 India and violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the respondents to treat the petitioner as local for the purpose of Teacher Recruitment Test (TRT) 2018 to be conducted by the 5th respondent vide Notification in G.O.Ms.No.67, School Education (Exams) Department dt. 26.10.2018 issued by the 1st respondent-Government and to receive the application of the petitioner under local for the post of Language Pandit in Hindi, and to pass …” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the light of interim orders passed by this Court, petitioner appeared for the test, but not qualified. Hence, no further orders are required in this matter. 3. Learned Government Pleader for School Education is in attendance. 4. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of.
