This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Complaint Case No.235 of 2022, under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, Police Station Chandwak, District- Jaunpur pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Jaunpur expeditiously within a stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid matter is pending since 2022 and after recording the primary evidence the matter is fixed for hearing on the point of summoning the accused for about one year and the matter is unnecessarily pending. 4. Learned AGA opposed the prayer. 5. I have considered the submissions and perused the entire record. 6. In view of the above, the Court concerned is directed to pass suitable order on the point of summoning in the matter in accordance with law preferably within one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it keeping in view the work load of that Court and also the cooperation rendered by the applicant of this case, if there is no legal impediment. 7.
