1. The present civil miscellaneous petition has been filed for restoration of W.P.(C) No.5295 of 2022 to its original file which was dismissed on 22.08.2024 for non-compliance of order dated 08.08.2024.
2. The order dated 08.08.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.5295 of 2022 reads as under:-
“1. Two weeks' time, as prayed for, is allowed to the learned counsel for the petitioners for removing the defects, as pointed out by the office, failing which the writ petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench.”
3. Considering the claim raised in the present writ petition, the present C.M.P. is, hereby, allowed and W.P.(C) No.5295 of 2022 is restored to its original file.
4. The instant C.M.P. stands disposed of.
