1. The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner on the following relief (s) :

“10.1. To call the entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner form the respondents. 10.2 That the Hon'ble High Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to release the pending bill/undisputed Amount Rs. 19.88 Lakhs of petitioner within stipulated time period with interest from the date of submission of bill before the respondent authorities till the actual realization. 10.3 Any other relief or relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court may think proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner contented that the petitioner has filed the present writ petition against the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities whereby not releasing the bill of Rs. 19.88 Lakhs, whereby the petitioner done work for special repair of godown room in Tahsil building at Patthalgaon, District Jashpur (C.G.), due to visited by the Chief Minister of the State of Chhattisgarh and the work has been done by the petitioner as on June 2022 as per the instruction of Collector as well as Executive Engineer. The bill/undisputed Rs.19.88 Lakhs is still pending after the lapse of about 3 years. Therefore, he prays for a direction to release his undisputed amount. 3.
Learned counsel for respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioners seeking direction to respondents to consider the pending application towards payment of undisputed amount, he is having no objection to the limited prayer and if the case of the petitioner pending for undisputed amount, it will be considered in accordance with law. 3
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the respondent authorities to decide the representation (Annexure P/2 & P/4) and communication (Annexure P/3 & P/5) as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law subject to verification of claim. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled for the undisputed amount as claimed by the petitioner, the same shall be released at the earliest, if already not paid. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not observed anything on the merits of the case. 7. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Sd/-
