Sri A.Vamsi Krishna, learned counsel representing Ms.Thota Suneetha, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner passed away and the writ petition may be closed as abated. 03. The learned Assistant Government placed on record the written instructions dated 20.02.2025 of Tahsildar, Rudravaram mandal intimating that the fair price shop No.7 (1337007) of Muthaluru village of Rudravaram Mandal of Nandyal District has not yet been bifurcated and requested to consider the petition filed to vacate the interim order. 04. I.A.No.01 of 2018 is filed to grant stay of all further proceedings in pursuance of the notification issued by the 3rd respondent vide Rc.CS3/420/2018 dated 19.10.2018 for the proposed newly created shop No.43 situated at Muthalur village, Rudravaram Mandal, Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh. On 12.11.2018, the following interim order was passed. ORDER: “At the request of learned Government Pleader, list on 19.11.2018 along with W.P.No.38723 of 2018. In the meantime, if written examination is held, respondents are directed not to announce 3 W.P.No.40538 of 2018 the result of selection of dealership of shop No.17, Mathalur village, Rudravaram mandal, Kurnool district.” 05. In view of the abatement of the case, the writ petition is disposed as abated. There shall be no orders as to costs.
