Ms. Meenakshi Singh, learned counsel for respondent on basis of instructions as well as on basis of averments made in paragraph No. 5 of counter affidavit submits that grievances of petitioners are being adequately addressed during pendency of this writ petition, said paragraph is reproduced hereinafter:- "That fresh pay fixation has already been done in respect of all the employees including the petitioners in pursuance of the G.O. dated 13.04.2010 and where the budget has already been made, payments have also been made. However, some of the employees have not been paid revised pay scale in await of budget allocation, but all are in process and those who have not been given revised pay scale would shortly be getting the same. Therefore, this writ petition as such has been rendered infructuous as the reliefs claimed by the petitioners have been accorded to them. The photo copy of one such pay fixation order is annexed herewith and is being marked as Annexure - CA-2." 2. I have considered above submissions and since grievances of petitioners are completely addressed, therefore, nothing left to decide in this writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of. 3. In case of any factual error in above submissions, the petitioners will have liberty to file an application for recall or review, if so advised, within six weeks. 4.
