This is the first bail application filed by the applicant under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 171/2025 registered at Police Station – Kharora, District – Raipur, Chhattisgarh for the offences punishable under Sections 103 (1) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Sanhita, 2023 and under Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, 1959. 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application at this stage with liberty to file application after recording of evidence of the material witnesses.
