CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION NO: 40345 of 2018 The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State. 2. Learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that the Police completed investigation in FIR No.28 of 2018 and laid charge sheet vide CC No.246 of 2016 on the file of the learned Special Magistrate Court, Kovur and after due trial, pending the Writ Petition, the petitioners herein got acquitted vide Order dated 27.06.2020. 3. In view of the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court is of the considered opinion that the cause in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. 4.
