JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER The present petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order at Annexure-'A' dated 08.01.2025 passed by the Special Tahsildar, Bengaluru South Taluk, whereby the request of petitioner for effecting Khatha on the basis of registered Sale Deed has been rejected on the ground that O.S.No.2231/2023 and O.S.No.235/2024 are pending and objections were raised in that regard. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:48936 WP No. 12169 of 2025 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suits referred to above have nothing to do with the request of petitioner and that they would demonstrate that the Authority can take a decision without waiting for the outcome of the said suits. It is further submitted that the property, which is the subject matter of Sale Deed is not involved in the pending suits. 3. Learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent State submits that the respondent Authority would hear all the concerned and take a decision in the matter. 4. Taking note of the stand of respondent - State, the order at Annexure-'A' dated 08.01.2025 is set aside. The Special Tahsildar is directed to hear the petitioner and other interested persons and pass appropriate orders insofar as the request of the petitioner is concerned. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:48936 WP No. 12169 of 2025 5.
