This withdrawal application has been filed on behalf of the appellants to withdraw this second appeal stating therein that in the present case compromise between the parties has taken place on 12.12.2024, copy of compromise has been annexed with this application as Annexure no. 1. 2. In paragraph no. 5 of this withdrawal application, it has stated that the appellants do not want to press this second appeal, therefore, the instant appeal may be dismissed as not pressed. 3.It has also submitted by the learned counsel for the appellants that he has given the copy of this application to Sri J.P. Yadav, clerk of Sri S.R. Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondents has no dispute with regard to the same. 4.
