B CHINNAPA REDDY The Court made the following: ORDER: This Court has called for the report from the learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sattenapalli. He submitted report informing that he sent notices to the parties through Sub-Inspector of Police, Amaravathi Police Station. But it was reported that the petitioner is not residing at the address found in the record and he made enquiries with the local village elders and the V.R.O., Amaravathi Village and Mandal, who also confirmed that the petitioner is no longer residing in the same address and a written report from the V.R.O. was also obtained. Further, despite service of notice, the respondent did not appear before this Court. The report indicates that both parties are not showing interest. Despite best efforts made, notices could not be served. This criminal revision case is filed by the husband 3 questioning the order of maintenance. It seems that he is not showing interest. This Court has no other option except to dismiss this petition. 2. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non- prosecution.
