This Court called for the report from the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Chittoor, wherein it is stated that notice served on the petitioner and his statement was recorded. He placed a copy of award as the matter was settled before Lok Adalat in C.A.No.64 of 2012 on the file of the learned X Additional District Judge, Tirupati. 2.
On perusal of the statement accompanied with the report, it goes to show that the matter has been settled before Lok Adalat. Since the matter has been settled, the cause does not survive. 3. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of, since the matter is settled between the parties. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
