With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 3. Keeping in view the sickness suffered by the petitioner’s wife statedly for the last four years, he was twice given opportunity by the 2 2025:HHC:40056 Court in form of Sushil Kumar vs. State of H.P. & Ors.1 and Sushil Kumar vs. State of H.P. & Ors.2 to represent to the respondents for his adjustment with clear stipulation (in Sushil Kumar2) that in view of petitioner’s long tenure of nine years in District Hamirpur, he would indicate in his representation stations other than in District Hamirpur for his adjustment/transfer. Petitioner though represented twice, however, for his adjustment only in District Hamrpur. 4. Respondents have justly rejected petitioner’s representations on 24.09.2025 (pursuant to Sushil Kumar1) and 14.11.2025 (pursuant to Sushil Kumar2). It is for the petitioner to seek appropriate adjustment in accordance with law keeping in view the aforesaid decisions and competent authority to consider the same & pass appropriate orders thereupon accordingly. In view of the orders already passed in Sushil Kumar1 & Sushil Kumar2 no interference with the impugned order dated 14.11.2025 (Annexure P-4) is called for. With the above observation, petitions stands disposed of. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, to also stand disposed of.
