He seeks to withdraw the present petition subject, however, to the direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial within a time frame. His statement is taken on record. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the trial Court to make an endeavour to conclude the trial with expedition preferably within a period of three months from the date a copy of this order is made available.
