Learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4. 2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: "01. Restraining the respondent No. 04 from demanding money either from the petitioner or from any of her family members. 02. Direct the respondent No. 04 to return the gold chain which was taken by them from the hands of daughter in law of the petitioner who was in the hospital post deliver of child. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:39594 WP No. 10692 of 2025 03. Direct the respondent No. 01, 02 & 03 to act upon the complaint of the petitioner produced on 20/3/25 at ANNEXURE-G and initiate appropriate legal action against the defaulting police personals. 04. Grant such other relief/reliefs as this Honourable Court deems ft in the facts and circumstances of the case, to meet the ends of justice and equity". 3. A memo dated 08.10.2025, signed by the learned counsel for the petitioner has been filed, which reads as follows: "It is respectfully submitted by the Petitioner before this Honorable Court that, the petitioner is not intend to continue the case.
