Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 276 of 2025 arising out of Lokainayanpur P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 61, 108, 238, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge- VII, Giridih. 3. Son of the informant had committed suicide outside the house of this petitioner. 4. It was submitted that initially an unnatural death case was reported and subsequently, the informant filed a complaint case, which was converted into police case. It was further submitted that wife of the deceased used to talk with somebody else, due to which, the deceased was stressed and committed suicide. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Giridih, in connection with S.T.
