1. Heard Ms. Prajakta Patankar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Ajay Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for respondent.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:
“It is therefore,, prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to : RAHUL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by RAHUL DEWANGAN
2 i. Call for entire record of Misc. Criminal Case No.801/17 from Principle Judge, Family Court, Bilaspur for its kind perusal. ii. to set-aside/quash the impugned order dated 11.12.2023 passed by the Principle Judge, Family Court, Bilaspur and the applicant be granted maintenance of Rs.15,000/- from respondent in the larger interest of justice. iii. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court this fit looking to the facts and circumstances, of the case may also be granted.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous as permanent alimony has already been granted to the applicant by the respondent.
4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
