Petitioner is serving as Junior Basic Trained Teacher at Government Centre Primary School Dhangiara at Chail Chowk, Block Chachiot-I, District Mandi. According to the petitioner she has completed more than requisite tenure at the aforesaid station, in terms of the applicable transfer policy. Petitioner’s grievance is that she preferred a representation on 04.10.2025 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.2/competent authority, seeking transfer from the 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 above station on medical grounds, but the said representation has not been considered and decided till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from today.
