Mr. Sharad Bhosale, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the said Crime No. 1046 of 2021 was registered as Sessions Case No. 94 of 2022 and was allotted to the Court of Additional Gitalaxmi 18-APPLN-182-2025.doc Sessions Judge, Solapur. He submits that the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur has disposed of Sessions Case No. 94 of 2022. He therefore submits that the present Criminal Application is rendered infructuous. 4.
