The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.13 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Paralakhemundi, Gajapati, arising out of Paralakhemundi P.S. Case No.89 of 2025 for alleged commission of offences punishable under Section 64(2)(m)/296/351(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023 read with Section 6 of POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(v) of SC & ST (POA) Act. 3. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail. 4. Perused the statement of the victim under Section 183 of BNSS. 5. Considering the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the application for pre-arrest bail in respect of Petitioner. However, in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the learned Court in seisin in the aforesaid case and moves an application for his release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit. 6.
