The petitioner is before this court seeking for the following relief: "To issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to comply the order of the 5th respondent dated.10.11.2023 produced as Annexure-C and furnish the necessary information to the petitioner and direct the respondents to pay the costs of this petition and grant such other reliefs that this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant under the circumstances, in the interest of justice." 3. The short grievance of the petitioner is that the information directed to be furnished by the respondent No.2 as per the order passed by respondent No.5, State Information Commission vide Order dated 10.11.2023 at Annexure-C has still not been complied. 4. When an order has been passed by the State Information Commission to furnish certain information, it was but, required for the concerned authorities to comply with the same within a reasonable period of time, not exceeding 60 days - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:42211 WP No. 31788 of 2025 from the date of the said order. The same not having been done, I pass the following order: ORDER a) The writ petition is allowed. b) A mandamus is issued directing the respondent No.2 to comply with the order of respondent No.5 dated 10.11.2023 at Annexure-C within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
