This writ petition has been filed for quashing the election proceedings initiated in pursuance of the orders dated 19th June, 2024 and 14th August, 2024 passed by respondent no.2-Assistant Registrar, Firms Societies and Chits, Varanasi Region, Varanasi. 3. Today, on the matter being taken up, Mr. Ramesh Chandra Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the election of the Committee of Management of the society, namely, Jai Hind Sikshan Sanshthan, Karma, Post-Karma, District Sonbhadra has already been held pursuant to the orders dated 19th June, 2024 and 14th August, 2024 passed by respondent no.2-ASsistant Registrar, Firms Societies and Chits, Varanasi Region, Varanasi, the present writ petition may be disposed of permitting the petitioner to raise his objection against the election held pursuant to the orders dated 19th June, 2024 and 14th August, 2024. 4. According, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to raise his objection, if law permits, against the election held pursuant to the orders dated 19th June, 2024 and 14th August, 2024 before the concerned authority.
