The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lohardaga P.S. Case No. 116 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 317(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Lohardaga. 3. On the basis of confession of the petitioner, stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of co-accused. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2025. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It was finally submitted that co-accused Atab Ansari has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 9587 of 2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Lohardaga in connection with Lohardaga P.S.
