Given the fact that the petitioner, who is figuring as respondent in a time barred appeal preferred by the respondent No. 3 before the appellate authority of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (with power of Collector under Agrarian Reforms Act), Rajouri in challenging the mutation No. 1511/G dated 26.12.2017 with respect to land comprising in khasra No. 595/499min/594(old) in mauza Rampur, tehsil Rajouri, having caused his appearance in Serial No. 154 2 WP(C) No. 1937/2025 the said appeal has filed objections to the condonation of delay application and has also taken exception to the locus standi of the respondent No. 3 to maintain the said appeal but having the grievance that the appellate authority is according no adjudication to the matter except repeat of adjournments on one pretext or other which amounts to frustration of the administration of justice. 3. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Deputy Commissioner (with power of Collector Agrarian Reforms), Rajouri to deal with the condonation of delay application attending the appeal filed by the respondent No. 3 and dispose of the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order to be delivered by the petitioner to the Additional Deputy Commissioner (with power of Collector Agrarian Reforms), Rajouri. 4.
