The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 306 of 2025 arising out of Burmamines P.S. Case No. 59/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 310(4) /310(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur. 3. On 05.11.2024 at about 10:30 P.M., Burmamines police apprehended co-accused persons from a vacant quarter at Burmamines road. On search, firearms were recovered from the possession of the co-accused persons. It is alleged that the accused persons had assembled there and were making preparation for committing dacoity. 4. It was submitted that though petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but he was not apprehended at the spot. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of co-accused persons. It was finally submitted that co-accused Roshan Singh has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 4824/2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur in connection with S.T.
