By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities to release the Commission amount/margin amount for the month of July 2022, to July 2023 of the fair price shop of ward No. 33 I.D. No.411001033 to the petitioner as during the aforesaid period, the petitioner was operating the fair price shop of ward No. 33 in pursuance of order Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2025.08.14 11:03:25 +0530 2 dated 08.06.2022 issued by Respondent No.3 and the order dated 01.07.2022 issued by the respondent No. 4 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner was operating a Government fair price shop in pursuance of order dated 08.06.2022 issued by the Respondent No.3 but the respondent authorities have not released the commission amount of fair price shop from July 2022 to July 2023 of the Government Fair Price Shop having ID No.411001033 to the petitioner. The petitioner has already made representations before the respondent authorities to release the amount of fair price shop but till date no action has been taken. 3. Learned State counsel contended that the respondent authorities is ready to decide the pending representation of the petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents with utmost circumspection. 5. Looking to the facts & circumstances of the case, the concerned authorities are directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 30.09.2024 (Annexure P/4) expeditiously as soon as possible preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
