The learned counsels for the parties are present.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Cr. Revision No.267 of 2024 was dismissed for default vide order dated 27.06.2024 on account of non-compliance of peremptory order dated 24.06.2024 passed by this Court. She has submitted that the notice was not filed within the peremptory time. She has further submitted that a petition being Cr.M.P No.2276 of 2024 was filed seeking restoration of Cr. Revision No.267 of 2024 wherein the time for compliance was extended, but on account of inadvertence, the notice was issued only upon the opposite party nos.2, and the opposite party no.3 was left out and consequently, the criminal revision was again dismissed. She submits that the matter relates to maintenance.
3. The learned counsel for the State is present.
4. Considering the submissions of the petitioner, time for compliance of order dated 24.06.2024 passed in Criminal Revision No.267 of 2024 is extended till 10.10.2025, subject to payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- to be deposited before the learned court concerned, which would be remitted to the wife of the petitioner. The proof

regarding deposit of cost should be filed before this Court prior to
10.10.2025.
5. If this order is complied within the extended period, office is
directed to place the criminal revision before appropriate Bench as per roster.
6. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
