Subsequently, on 06th November 2023, this Court had noted that the subject land has been urbanised and the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (‘MCD’) is the concerned authority. 3. Affidavit in compliance with that order has also been filed and is on record, stating that the urbanisation took place vide notification dated 20th November 2019. 4.
