Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "A. Issue nature a writ order/direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.4 Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Nizamabad, District Azamgarh to comply the order dated 18.10.2024 (Annexure No.5 to the writ petition) passed by respondent no.4 forthwith accordance with law. в. Issue a writ order/direction in the nature of mandamus directing/ restraining the respondents no. 7-13 from interfering in the possession of the petitioner on her Bhumidhar lands Gata No. 244 and 245." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that an order under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was passed in favour of the petitioner and in pursuance thereof, the land was demarcated and the boundary marks were installed which have been removed by the private respondents. In this regard, he has moved an application which is pending. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that an F.I.R. has been lodged but could not inform the Court as to whether the boundary pillars have been reinstalled or not. In view of the provisions of Section 22/23 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the petitioner may move a fresh application within a week before the S.D.M. concerned. In case, such an application is moved, the same shall be considered and decided by the S.D.M. concerned i.e respondent no.4 within a period of three weeks thereafter and in case, there is no other legal impediment, the boundary marks which were destroyed by the private respondents be reinstalled over the land in dispute. 5.
