R.S. Shukla vs. Manjit Singh and others Cr. Appeal No. 14 of 2012 3.12.2025 Present: Mr. Vijay Chaudhary, Advocate, for the appellant. Mr. Amar Dev Sharma, Advocate General, for the respondents. Cr.MP No. 5299 of 2025 Present application has been filed for cancellation of non-bailable warrants of arrest issued by this Court on 24.11.2025. Applicants/respondents are present in person before the Court. It appears from the record that the applicants/respondents have not furnished surety bonds. It has been submitted on their behalf that they shall furnish bail bonds during the course of the day. Hence, it ordered that the applicants/respondents shall furnish personal bonds in the sum of ₹25,000/- each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, during the course of the day, undertaking therein to appear before this Court as and when directed to do so and surrender before the learned Trial Court in case of acceptance of the appeal. The bail bonds, so furnished by the applicants/respondents be placed on record immediately. Application stands disposed of. Cr. Appeal No. 14 of 2012 List the matter for hearing after four weeks.
