Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No. 132 of 2025 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 36 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 64(1), 69, 89, 351(3), 352 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act and charge has been framed for the offences under Sections 64(1), 69, 351(3) of the B.N.S. and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (POCSO Act), Bokaro.

On 17.01.2019, the petitioner is alleged to have sexually exploited the informant by threatening to make her nude photographs viral.

During the course of investigation, statement of husband of the informant was recorded. He has stated that no occurrence, as alleged, has taken place. He has further stated that the informant wanted to reside in her parental home with her paramour.

It was submitted that the occurrence had taken place in the year 2019 and the FIR has been lodged after six years.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (POCSO Act), Bokaro, in connection with Balidih P.S. Case No. 132 of 2025 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 36 of 2025.
