2. Heard Sri Sateesh Kumar Eerla, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the death of the deceased in the subject matter is a suspicious one, but the case is closed as suicide. Learned counsel would further submit that, according to the petitioner, the body of the deceased shows some ante-mortem injuries above the ribs.
Learned counsel would finally submit that the representation dated 04.09.2018 is still pending before respondent No.3 and a direction may be given to respondent No.3 to take an appropriate decision over the matter, according to law.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4 Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of. However, respondent No.3 is directed to look into the representation dated 04.09.2018 and take an appropriate decision according to governing rules and law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the order, if not considered by this time.There shall be no order as to costs.
5. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
