GP FOR HOME (AP) 3 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “….to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the respondents more particularly that of 4th respondent in interfering with the construction activity of the petitioners property bearing Plot No.51 in Survey No.259-A in the Municipal limits of Adoni without following due process of law as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and pass.…” 2. Heard Sri B.Sarvotham Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are not taking any action against the 4th respondent where he is interfering with the construction activity of the petitioner’s property 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil dispute and in fact a case is registered against the petitioner. 5. Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute. There shall be no order as to costs.
