JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ ORAL ORDER 1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i) Direct the respondent No. 2 and 3 to consider the representation of petitioners dated 24.02.2025, 01.02.2025, 19.02.2025 vide Annexure-G, E & F and direct the respondent No. 2832 execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner. 2. The petitioner had been allotted plot number 108A of Vasanthanarasapura Industrial area, Tumkuru on 24.06.2011, possession was only granted on 24.12.2021 and the sale agreement was executed on 22.04.2013. The petitioner contending that the petitioner has complied with all the obligations, submitted representation on 18.04.2024 and - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44504 WP No. 15514 of 2025 28.10.2024 at Annexures-C and D, for execution of sale deed in favour of the petitioner by converting the leasehold property into freehold property. Subsequently, representations were submitted on 14.02.2025, 1.02.2025 and 18.02.2025 at Annexures-E, F and G, which were also not considered. In that background the petitioner is before this court seeking for the aforesaid reliefs. 3. The petitioner being allottee of the land from the KIADB, having contended that it has complied with all the obligations, it is but required for the respondent-KIADB to have considered the representations, pass necessary orders and execute a sale deed, if all compliances have been made. If not, to inform the petitioner of the compliances yet to be made, after which the aspect of execution of sale deed could be considered. Neither of them having been made, I pass the following: - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44504 WP No. 15514 of 2025 ORDER i. The petition is allowed. Mandamus is issued. ii. Respondent No.2 and 3 are directed to consider the representations at Annexures-C, D, E, F, G and H, within a period of four weeks from the date of receiving copy of this order. iii.
