The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mahuwadanr P.S. Case No. 31 of 2024 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 01 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 376DA, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C. and Section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Latehar. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 1796/2025 by order dated 05.03.2025. 4. On 24.06.2024, at about 08:00 P.M., petitioner alongwith co-accused Virendar Kherwar kidnapped the prosecutrix. Thereafter, she was taken to Maunadih Forest and was raped there. 5. Learned counsel appearing behalf of the petitioner has drawn the attention towards statement of the proseuctrix recorded during trial, in which she has not identified this petitioner. She has also stated that this petitioner has not raped her. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Latehar in connection with Mahuwadanr P.S.
