construction materials, formulated as guidelines, in a manner that this Hon'ble Court deems fit.”
2.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, fairly points out that action has been initiated by the respondents against the complaint products.
3. Under these circumstances, the Court does not find it appropriate to continue the instant petition in its present form and instead direct the respondents to take the complaint to its logical conclusion with due expedition.
4. Liberty is however granted to the petitioner to take further steps if its grievance is not fully mitigated.
5. Even against remaining products, as well, the respondents presumably would take action.
6. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
