Sri Kalp Deo Mishra, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri Santosh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for applicant and Sri Kunwar Tejandra Bahadur, learned AGA for the State are present. 2. The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in F.I.R./Case Crime No. 17 of 2006, under Sections 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 201, 120B/34 IPC and Section 13(2) P.C. Act, Police Station Dokati, District Ballia with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail during trial. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of applicant submits, the instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant during investigation but now charge-sheet has been filed and after submission of the charge- sheet, applicant challenged the proceedings before this Court in Application U/S 528 BNSS No. 31665 of 2025 and vide order dated 25.08.2025 proceedings pending against applicant has been stayed by this Court and as, now there is no apprehension of arrest of the applicant, therefore, instant anticipatory bail application has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous. 4. Learned AGA is having no objection. 5. Considering the submissions advanced by learned counsel for applicant, the instant anticipatory bail application stands dismissed as infructuous.
