As per the status report dated 15.09.2025 available on record, after investigation of the impugned FIR, charge-sheet has been filed and the trial is pending before the learned trial Court. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail other appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
