After arguing at length, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this appeal at this stage, with liberty to file an application under Section 483 before the concerned Court. He further submits taht as the appellants are female persons and therefore, direction be issued to the learned Trial Court to consider and decide the application for grant of regular bail to be filed by the appellants on same date. 3. In view of the submissions made by learned Counsel for the appellant, this appeal is dismisssed as withdrawn.
