The above writ petition is filed to declare the proposed action of respondents 1 to 20 in removing the name board and foundation stone fixed at the Waqf Institution Masjid-E-Jamia-Urf-AI-Mohideen Mosque, Graveyard and Dargah situated at Salkapuram Village, Kallur Mandal, Kurnool District and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 20 not to interfere and disturb the name board and foundation stones as referred above. 3. The petitioner, a native of Salkapuram Village, filed the above writ petition. There was no representation for the petitioner when the matter was listed on 24.02.2025. When the matter was listed on 12.03.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner, and the matter is listed today under the caption “For Dismissal”. 4. Today, also there is no representation for the petitioner. 5. Learned Standing counsel for the respondent would submit that the name board and foundation stone fixed have not been altered or removed. The same is recorded and no further orders or required. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
