2 PTA provided teachers were re-engaged. Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly admitted that no representation was ever made by the petitioner seeking re-engagement of her services as PTA provided teacher. The petitioner thus had accepted the action of respondents in dispensing with her services on 30.09.2008. Even after the issuance of notification dated 22.05.2014, no representation was made by the petitioner seeking applicability of this notification. Ashwani Kumar Sharma2 relied upon by the petitioner for re-engagement of her services was rendered on 01.04.2014. Even at that stage, petitioner did not take recourse to appropriate remedy. The first representation moved by the petitioner seeking re-engagement of her services as Lecturer (Sanskrit) as appended alongwith this petition bears the date 05.08.2025 (Annexure P-5). The cause of action accrued to the petitioner years ago. The grievance of the petitioner has become stale with the passage of time and suffers from delay and laches which have not been explained in the petition. According, the petition fails and is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, to also stand disposed of. Jyotsna Rewal Dua December 04, 2025 Judge yogesh
