In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Sri Shivam Yadav representing the opposite party has filed an affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that an order dated 13.05.2025 has been passed allotting abadi plot to the applicant. The details of the abadi plot have also been given in the order dated 13.05.2025. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The contempt application is disposed of. The file of the case be consigned to records. Notice is discharged.
