The Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondent No.2 in issuing Tender E-Procurement No.1/2016-17, dt. 27.04.2016 by fixing the Tender Date as 17.05.2016 in respect of the demolished portion i.e., the first floor of the Old Syndiate bank Shopping Complex, Puttaparthi Circle, Proddatur Town, without reference to Shop Nos. 2,4, 5, 6 and 7, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. This Court had noted the submission of the then Standing Counsel that the possession of the Petitioners would not be interfered with pursuant to the impugned Notice and the tender for construction was only with reference to the demolished portion. 3. In view of the undertaking given by the then Standing Counsel, the apprehension of the Petitioner is redressed and therefore, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. 4. The Writ Petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous.
