The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 154 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 25(1-A), 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of CLA Act, pending in the court of Sri Vivek Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Hazaribag. On 18.09.2025 at about 11:40 p.m., Keredari Police on the basis of confidential information intercepted a motorcycle bearing registration No. JH02BM-5218 from a place near Siroiya, Keredari Bundu Road and apprehended this petitioner and co accused Dukhan Paswan. On search, a loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of Dukhan Paswan. It was submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Vivek Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Hazaribag, or his successor, in connection with Keredari P.S.
